How HMMT CORP Works With Wholesale Partners and Authorized Resellers

Most Amazon-native brands never open a wholesale door. Their products live inside one marketplace, the company behind them is hard to find, and a retailer who wants to stock the line has nobody to call. HMMT CORP decided to do it differently. This post explains who we work with, what we ask for, what partners receive, and how to apply.

Why we opened a wholesale channel

HMMT CORP owns the Vxcellent brand outright and sells it on Amazon.com and vxcellent.com. Those channels reach consumers well, but they do not reach the bath and home retailer down the street, the distributor serving spas and property managers, or the established marketplace seller who wants a US-owned product with a real company behind it.

Opening a direct wholesale channel solves three problems at once:

• Buyers get the brand owner. No importer, no aggregator, no "official distributor" that turns out to be a reseller. You deal with the company that registered the brand and holds the inventory.
• Pricing and listings stay consistent. When we know who sells our products and where, we can keep consumer prices and listing content aligned across channels.
• Customers get the same support everywhere. Returns, defects, and questions come back to HMMT CORP regardless of where the product was bought.

Who we work with

We keep the program simple and open to four kinds of partners:

Retailers

Independent bath and home stores, pharmacies, regional chains, and specialty retailers that want a US-owned bath water filter line with a documented company behind it. Small first orders are fine.

Distributors

Domestic distributors that serve retail, spa, wellness, hospitality, or property-management accounts and want to add a filtration accessory to their catalog.

Marketplace resellers

Established sellers on Amazon, eBay, or Walmart who agree to our listing and pricing policies. Approval is case by case, because marketplace resale affects the consumer experience more than any other channel.

Spa, salon, and wellness businesses

Businesses that use or resell bath products and want direct pricing on small, recurring orders.

Who we do not work with

We decline inquiries from businesses that cannot provide resale documentation, that plan to sell on channels they will not name, or that intend to relist under a different brand name. We also do not offer private label or dropshipping today. [VERIFY: confirm private-label and dropship policy]

What we ask for

The inquiry form on the wholesale page takes about three minutes. We ask for:

1. Business details. Legal name, contact person, email, phone, and website or storefront.
2. Resale documentation. A resale certificate or sales-tax ID for your state. Distributors outside the US should describe their import setup.
3. Sales channels. Where the products will be sold: physical retail, your own site, Amazon, other marketplaces, distribution to retailers, or export.
4. Products and volume. Which items you are interested in and an honest estimate of monthly volume. "Not sure yet" is an acceptable answer.

We review every inquiry personally and reply by email, usually within a few business days. Some conversations include a short call.

What partners get

Approved partners receive:

• Product assets. Images, copy, and logos for shelves and listings. The press kit has the public set; partners get the full library.

Marketplace policy

Marketplace resale is the channel where a brand can be damaged fastest, so we are careful with it. Our policy in plain terms:

• Tell us where you plan to sell. Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or others. Approval is per platform.
• Use our listing content. Titles, images, and claims must match the current Vxcellent listing or vxcellent.com. No invented specifications or health claims.

If you already resell Vxcellent products that you bought elsewhere, please reach out. We would rather bring you into the program than have you guess at the rules.

Ordering: minimums, tiers, and lead times

We publish exact minimums and lead times only once they are confirmed, because a wrong number on a public page costs everyone time. Today the process is:

1. Submit the inquiry.

4. Reorder directly by email.

The catalog currently centers on the Vxcellent bathtub water filter and its replacement cartridge, which is where most recurring volume comes from.

Why pricing consistency is part of the deal

A wholesale program only works if every partner can make a reasonable margin, and that only works if consumer prices do not race to the bottom. We keep three things aligned:

• The Amazon listing price, which most shoppers see first.
• The vxcellent.com price, which mirrors Amazon so customers are never punished for buying direct.

We would rather have fewer partners who can sell profitably than many partners who compete on the same listing until nobody makes money. If a partner's channel or strategy does not fit that approach, we say so early instead of approving an account that will not last.

A note for partners outside the United States

The program is built for domestic partners first, because that is where the inventory is and where our compliance work has been done. International distributors are welcome to inquire. Tell us the market, the expected volume, and how you handle import and product compliance, and we will let you know whether it is a fit. Some markets may require labeling or certification work that we have not yet completed, and we would rather be upfront about that than promise a timeline we cannot keep.
