2023: incorporation and the first Amazon listing

May 24, 2023. HMMT CORP. is filed with the New York Department of State as a domestic business corporation in Bronx County (DOS ID 6842726) and elects S-Corporation status. The company is founder-led and based at 2329 Ellis Ave in the Bronx.

2023. The Vxcellent brand launches on Amazon.com under the company's own seller account. The first product is a ball-style bathtub water filter designed to help reduce chlorine and common impurities in bath water. 2024: vxcellent.com opens

2024. The brand gets its own store and support site at vxcellent.com, giving customers a second official channel with guides, policies, and a contact form. 2025: replacement cartridges and catalog growth

2025. The filter line grows around its core with replacement cartridges, including a two-pack, which become the most frequently reordered items. vxcellent.com adds a small range of home, kitchen, and sports accessories under the same brand. [VERIFY: dates]

2026: corporate site and wholesale program

September 2026. HMMT CORP launches hmmtcorp.com as the parent-company website. For the first time the company behind Vxcellent is documented in one place: legal name, registry ID, address, brand ownership, and contacts.

September 2026. The company opens a direct wholesale and distribution program for retailers, distributors, spa and wellness businesses, and approved marketplace resellers, with US-shipped orders and invoices from the brand owner.

Three things are in progress:

• Adding products to the Vxcellent line, announced only when they are live.
• Building out the company's public profile: business listings, a LinkedIn company page, and press materials in the press kit.
